Love Motherhood Meetups
“Children are not a distraction from more important work. They are the most important work.” -CS Lewis
Anyone can start a love Motherhood Meetup!

01. Find a location
whether you want to host at your home or a local coffee shop find or create an atmosphere of peace, rest, and hospitality
02. Invite your friends and family
Whether you are meeting with a friend, older woman in your church, or with many mothers you can host a love motherhood meetup. We need each other and encourage you to find another mama to share in the joys and struggles of motherhood.

03. Share the Blog
Stay informed on what is happening here at love motherhood and stay connected as we keep including new content and authors.
Leading a Meetup
We started announcing love motherhood coffee dates at our church for all mothers at any stage or age and have had a consistent group of women with adult children, new mamas, and working and homeschool moms join our very special times. These meetings are hosted on a Saturday morning to encourage more ladies to come and last for nearly three hours.
Conversation
Our words should be uplifting and free of gossip. Seeking to be an encouragement to one another. I often pray the scripture “May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing to you Lord, God”
Listening and Prayer
We open in prayer, listen to a devotion or read a post from lovemotherhood.org This opens up a time of discussion and often a time to let Titus 2 come alive with the older teaching the younger. I like to end with prayer for each lady as they have shared their hearts through the morning
Testimonies & Sharing
You can keep this part open to whoever wants to share or ask someone in advance so they can pray and prepare their testimony. If you have heard everyone’s testimony you can read from the blog or open for more discussion, especially if you have someone new join your meetup.
